From June 9 to June 10, 2018, the 18th meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states (short as Qingdao Summit) was held in Qingdao, Shandong Province. The event was eye-catching, and many people also noticed the Qingdao International Convention Center, the main venue for the conference like Seagull's wings. The building symbolizes “ Catch dreams and Sailing” This time, BeiYi Machinery also had the honor to participate the construction of the Qingdao International Conference Center.

The Shanghe Qingdao Summit main venue project is located in the center of Qingdao, core area of Olympic Sailing Square, and 1.5 kilometers from Qingdao government. The total construction area of the project is 54,000 m2, Above-ground area is 39,000 m2 and the underground area is 15,000 m2. The original basement structure was preserved and reinforced. The above-ground body is a total of about 11,000 tons of steel structure, equivalent to the weight of 22 Qingdao city landmarks. The normal construction period of the project is 2 years, while the actual construction period is less than 6 months.

In this project, BeiYi hydraulic pulverizer is used in the demolition of the original ground structure. In 8 days, all the original ground structures were dismantled and taken away.
